I would like to inform you about the ' To do list'.  I have done some think's from  the list.I have phoned   our  suppliers  about our credit period  to be extended of 30 days.I  have  booked  international for room Japanese guests  but  not room  available on days we needed so I have booked  at international and I have  got  on  offer for buffet lunch from international EUR 50    per person. Is that OK?I have also checked  your  parking permit and they  told me you could  leave  your car till the end of the week.I  have suitable limes for in company language training .I  must apologies I have not over needs for Thursday  presentation as I have been very busy at week. I have left a massage for Jeff to cancel the golf  morning on Friday and I will try again as he has not responded.

Finally,I have asked Tessa to call you next Tuesday regarding travel  expenses.I   hope yo will be  satisfied with the things I  have organised.
